Condominiums and community apartments are now starting to rise right at the heart of Davao City. We already know that looking for a place in Manila is so hard to see. There are a lot of available houses but it is really far from the central business district which Makati and if you're lucky enough to see a vacant space available for sale, you would be shock with its prices because price per square meter would reach as far as 200 thousand per square. On the other hand Davao City has a plenty of vacant spaces whether it is for commercial or residential purposes that's why condominiums are not so good in terms of sales. But right now Dabawenyos start to adopt the style of living in a condo. They are very much attracted in buying such space because condominium sites are all located right at the heart of the city and buying lots with in the city commands a higher price rather than buying a condo that is much cheaper.
