The Euro Generals of the Philippines investigation at the Senate

I love to watch TV reports specially when it comes to politics and news about the government officials who are investigated regarding the fertilizer scam by Jocjoc Bolante and the Euro Generals scam probe headed by Dela Paz. Following their investigation from the start and inquiries I can say that corruption is really rampant here in Philippines because high ranking officials are the one using government funds without sufficient reasons. They can immediately withdraw funds and instruct their subordinates right away. in the case of Retired General Dela Paz, the requesting officer and the approving person and the user falls under the same person. General Del Paz presented that he was the only person liable to the said anomaly but I don't think that he was the sole person involved in this situation. There were a lot of them who are involved but Dela Paz doesn't want to name names because I am sure he was already instructed by the person or persons who is more powerful than him
