You can ease aches with vitamin E. If you're a middle aged "weekend warrior," vitamin E may soothed your soreness. There are nutrition research that can prove that Vitamin E, an antioxidants, can reduce levels of free radicals and prevent muscle soreness. Interestingly, the remedy doesn't appear to help young, conditioned athletes. Prevention suggests taking 100 to 400 international units (IU) of vitamin E daily.
