Properties and assets are really important in Philippine settings

Properties are really valuable to everybody because it is one form of how you can live life in a comfortable manner. There are also people that say each man or woman can be rate according to his assets and properties. Now a days in the Philippine settings, most of the people wants to acquire properties so that they have a space where they can build their home. But since the prices of real estate are really quite expensive, people used to live on their extended families for shelter. Filipinos are like this when it comes to its culture but eventually they save money for their future plans. Plans that could separate them to a new house and home. Properties in the Philippines can be transferred through deed of sale or deed of donation. Deed of sale is the transfer or property rights from one person to another through monetary exchange. But here in the Philippines ; if the property owner wants to transfer its property rights in a less expensive way, she/he will execute a deed of donation provided that the deed of donation document is valid and has meet all the requirements. Deed of donation is not valid if there is No seal, No attorneys numbers, notary seal and and with the acceptance of the donee. Paper trails are really easy to find because all documents made during the transaction have respective government agencies that will receive the original document copies. So tracing paper trails can be done easily if you have the proper knowledge.
